Trentingrana cheese is a mountain product, controlled from forage production and milk, through to the transformation and commercialization of the finished product.
It is a product that stands out from similar plain productions for its organoleptic qualities—such as special fragrance, aroma, and a taste in perfect balance between sweet and salty—which make it appealing to all palates.
Produced since 1926 only with selected milk, rennet, and salt, it is ready after an aging period of 18/20 months and beyond.
It is a recommended food for everyone, particularly adolescents and the elderly, as it is rich in calcium, promoting bone calcification.
It is a semi-fat cheese and therefore has a reduced lipid content, ideal for a modern diet. Only one hundred thousand wheels are produced each year.

*The excellences available for sale at the online shop and our stores come directly from our dairy, where master cheesemakers, true guardians of tradition, carry knowledge that comes from afar, like the tradition of raw milk cheeses typical of the entire Trentino region. This type of craftsmanship, artisanal and without the addition of preservatives, allows for products with a unique flavor, characterized by the aromatic notes of the forage essences from our meadows and mountains. Therefore, each wheel is different from the others, allowing for a special and unprecedented organoleptic experience. To ensure food safety, compliance with quality standards, and hygienic-sanitary regulations in all production phases, Caseificio Sociale Presanella, together with the Consorzio Trentingrana, conduct strict and constant controls throughout the entire supply chain: from the environmental conditions of the barns to the monitoring of livestock feed, up to laboratory analyses conducted on raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.
We would like to remind you that raw milk is not free from risks, particularly concerning the most delicate situations in which our body can find itself, for example in the case of vulnerable individuals, children, and pregnant women, except for long-aged cheeses such as Trentingrana, Trentingrana Latte di Malga, and Stravecchio Nonno Franz.
** FOR LONGER PRODUCT LASTING, IT IS ADVISED TO REMOVE IT FROM THE VACUUM PACK AND STORE IT IN THE FRIDGE
