VAL DI SOLE DOLCE
Cheese produced with thermised whole and raw cow's milk. Slightly straw yellow in colour, with an irregular texture, with great softness on the palate and sweet and delicate taste sensations. It is a table cheese, ideal as a second course or used as an ingredient in many preparations thanks to its ease of melting and its delicate flavour.
